Uraro at turrones

My mom went to her hometown to visit my grandfather's grave a week ahead of All Souls' Day. She came home with uraro and turrones de casoy from Ocampo Lansang Delicacies. Uraro (P95) makes great pasalubong. It's so fine, light and sweet. The verdict on the turrones is not so clear because my dad and I found it has a bitter aftertaste, but my mom defended it. Maybe the cashew and the honey were overcooked. And there's so much of the wafer, it's like eating a lot of paper.
