Jalan Surabaya

On one side of Jalan Surabaya are stalls selling crafts and vintage everything. Second-hand souvenirs, puppets, masks, carvings, trinkets, ship instruments and ancient diving gear line every inch of the stalls. When I saw bulol and Manunggul figures, I started rethinking Philippine history. V and J haggled for mini-bauls at stall 153, which has the best presentation. I took nothing but pictures.

On the other end of the street, they sell luggage. I don't know the logic. Side-by-side tourist traps?
