Where have all the artists gone?
The UP College of Fine Arts had an Art Fair-slash-Homecoming last month. I am not a Fine Arts major and I'm not from UP, but I had work-related reasons to be there on that day and hours to kill, so it became tambay day with my willing guide, Emon.
