Eat, drink, China, Japan

Signed up for Filipinas Heritage Library's The Art of Chinese Tea Making session at Artspace, Glorietta 4. I learned a lot about the history of tea, preparation and categories of tea from Nini Magsino of Asian Finds and Dr. Lyn Limcumpao.

Mrs. Fields provided the nibbles, which our tablemates went giddy over. Of the teas we sampled, I liked the ginseng oolong best. Chrysanthemum and jasmine were fragrant, but pu'er wasn't my type.

In the past two weeks, I ate at Teriyaki Boy twice. Their Kani Furai (P85) won me over.
