If The Venetian in Macau is a fake Venice, McKinley Piazza is a fake The Venetian. There are still some unoccupied spaces, but you have dining options here. It's no Eastwood City, though.
i just don't get it. why aspire for something blatantly fake and derivative when you could wow your patrons with something really original? what a waste of resources. just my two cents.
maybe it's easier to copy and have a point of reference. for this one in particular, the developer is turning the area into projects resembling venice and tuscany. i guess having a theme makes it easier to sell.
You should check out their developments near Burgos Circle and look for CJ at their showroom. Their developments there are of better quality and are more classy. :)

ReplyDeletein the advertisements, there's a place where we can ride the gondola. I've been in the place and I wasn't able to see it.
ReplyDeletethe gondolas should be in place once the residential buildings are finished. it would be a losing proposition for them at this point :)
ReplyDeleteMegaworld is known for small scale, flamboyant, Vegas/Casino style themed developments. Not the most elegant or origial but entertaining.
