The Shakedown

A quick, spur-of-the-moment painting. Not inspired by an interrogation at Hong Kong International Airport but by an imagined disco showdown at the precinct.

I'm working on new paintings with more color and detail than usual. It's been challenging and I wish I could work faster. Still, the days I worked on them was time well-spent (for me, at least). You'll see them by the end of August.
